Fortress Master Class Workshop – Attendee/Participant Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this liability waiver before entering the Fortress Master Class Workshop training venue.

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I understand that attending and participating in the Fortress Master Class Workshop training venue and operating power tools as part of the hands-on training involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to:

• Trips, slips, or falls on office floors, staircases or job site/outdoor conditions.
• Risk of bodily injury, including cuts, bruises, burns, or other physical harm due to the nature of the tools and environment.
• Risk of property damage, including damage to equipment, inventory, or surrounding property.
• Risk of electric shock or other electrical hazards.
• Risk of falling objects or debris, slippery surfaces, or other warehouse and outdoor job site-related hazards.
• Other general office and outdoor job site-related hazards.

Assumption of Responsibility:
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my safety and well-being while attending and participating in the Fortress Master Class Workshop training venue and operating power tools as part of the hands-on training. I agree to exercise caution, adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Fortress Building Products’ staff and trainers, and act in a manner that does not jeopardize my safety or the safety of others.

Release of Liability:
In consideration of being permitted to enter the Fortress Master Class Workshop training venue and operate power tools as part of the hands-on training, I hereby release and discharge Fortress Building Products, its employees, agents, trainers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my attendance/participation.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortress Building Products, its employees, agents, trainers, and representatives from any and all claims or damages, including legal fees, arising out of or related to my attendance and participation in the Fortress Master Class Workshop.

Compliance with Instructions:
I agree to comply with all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by Fortress Building Products’ staff and trainers during my attendance and participating in the Fortress Master Class Workshop. I understand that failure to comply with these instructions may result in termination of my attendance and may expose me to increased risk of injury or harm.

Full Understanding:
This waiver serves as a legal document. Attendees should carefully review its contents before agreeing, The record of this agreement will be retained on file by Fortress Building Products for record-keeping purposes.
